Benefits
-
Eradication of the most vicious annual dicotyledonous and grassy weeds
-
A long period of protective action
-
High selectivity to cultivated plants
Mode of action
Metribuzin is a derivative of triazines. It enters the weed through the leafy roots and moves through the xylem. In the plant, it disrupts the process of photosynthesis, as a result of which it dies.
Features of use
Soil spraying is carried out before the appearance of potato seedlings, before planting tomato seedlings, and in the 2-4 leaf phase of tomatoes planted from seeds. A prerequisite for the high effectiveness of the drug is a well-prepared soil for sowing, well leveled and crushed to a fine clod state. The optimal temperature for the action of the drug is not higher than 25 °C. Do not allow the preparation to wear off on nearby sensitive crops (fruit, cabbage, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, beets, sunflowers, strawberries, and others). Use clean water to prepare the working solution. Make sure the plants are evenly covered with the working solution. Use only freshly prepared solution.
