Two-component systemic fungicide with a wide spectrum of action

From time immemorial, people have taken care of protecting plants from diseases in their smallholding

If previously improvised means were used for this, today we have the opportunity to take care of crops with the help of specially developed and laboratory-tested preparations.

Disease fungicides are designed specifically to effectively combat fungi that cause various plant diseases. At the current stage of development of science and agriculture, it is possible to control and destroy a greater number of microorganisms that cause diseases in grain, vegetable, fruit and other agricultural crops.

Classification of fungicides

Depending on their chemical properties, fungicidal substances are divided into:

  • inorganic;
  • organic

The advantage of organic fungicides over inorganic ones is that they do not contain metals and can be combined with various pesticides.In addition, solutions of such drugs are very easy to prepare: you need to dilute the fungicide in water.

But at the same time, organic fungicides are low-stable substances, they are stored in the soil for only a few days, and they are destroyed in a few weeks.

Methods of application and mechanism of action of fungicides

Drugs of the fungicidal group are distinguished by the method of application for:

  • seed poisoners;
  • for soil cultivation;
  • for processing plants during the rest period;
  • for processing during the growing season;
  • drugs for spraying and fumigation of grain and vegetable storages.

For the convenience of gardeners, many universal fungicides are produced today: the same drug is suitable for treating seeds and treating soil and plants throughout the growing season.

Depending on the nature of the distribution inside plant tissues, the following are distinguished:

  • contact (causing the death of the pathogen when touching it, effectiveness depends on many factors: duration of action, amount of fungicide, chemical resistance, weather conditions, etc.);
  • systemic (they spread through the vessels of plants and inhibit the development of the pathogen, the effectiveness is determined by the speed of penetration into plant tissues and is almost independent of weather conditions).

The effectiveness of the use of fungicides will depend on whether the drug is correctly selected and for what purposes: prevention, eradication, protection or treatment.
